This document describes how Wingmate is being built. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before public launch.
These terms explain what Wingmate provides and what you can expect from us.
What Wingmate is
Wingmate provides information and guidance to help you plan international study. It is not a university, an admissions authority, a scholarship provider or an immigration adviser.
No guaranteed outcomes
- We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, funding, visas or any other decision made by others.
- University requirements, fees, deadlines and immigration rules change. Where we cite them, we show the source and when it was checked. Always confirm with the official source before you act.
- Guidance generated by AI can be wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not a final answer.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information. Guidance can only be as good as the details it is based on.
- Only upload documents that belong to you, or that you have permission to share.
Plans and payments
The Free plan is available to everyone. Paid plans are not yet on sale. Their prices, renewal and refund terms will be added here before they launch. If a paid plan ends, your account and saved information are kept.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's information, or interfere with its security.
